Portable air conditioner makes a noise after it drains- what could it be?

I have a portable air conditioner that will make a noise after it drains. The best way to describe the noise is like a choo choo (not as loud obviously). I am not sure what it could be it is properly vented and if drains it's water. Any suggestions?

it is probably just the sound of the water clearing the drain pipe.
