Two hose portable air conditioner question?
I have a Danby Products portable air conditioner with both an in-take and exhaust hose.
Is it necessary that the in-take be attached?
I understand that it can be great to have a fresh air option, but when the temperature outside is 95, it seems silly to bring it inside the room.
Any thoughts?
Yes you can recirculate the existing air without using fresh air. The air will become stale after a couple of hours and the hook up the intake for a hour or so. Should work just fine as long as your not adding a lot of pollutants into the air
